CAULIFLOWER CHEESECAKE 
This month’s #sietechef challenge really made me think outside the box. I had this idea but I didn’t know if it would work, to my surprise it came out better than I could have imagined. 

 @sietefoods just came out Brunch pizza on a Monday... because why not? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Had a bit of an emotional weekend. Some things didn’t go my way, and I allowed them to get the best of me. I’m bound to have some sh*tty days; it happens. But sometimes, those toug DRINK WATER! 💧

Traditionally lo mein is made using egg noodles which are made with regular white flour. To make it more gut friendly, sweet potato “glass” noodles are my go to gluten-free op 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙖 𝙬𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣?

Got to move my body, be in nature, read, and listen to a podcast. Giving myself that one hour allowed me to connect with my body, mind, and soul.
